Biology with Lab introduces the basic principles and concepts in Biology. This course comes with a laboratory kit that follows the hands on labs that are incorporated throughout the course. Emphasis is placed on the study of life, the continuity of life, and the relationship between living organisms and the environment. Students will explore the concepts of evolution and biodiversity and will discover the importance of the animal and plant kingdoms. They will distinguish between the major systems of the human body, identify the parts and functions of each system and analyze how the systems interact with each other in order to sustain life.
