School Experience: Parent Involvement
Parents can help their child succeed at Keystone by being their supporters and cheerleaders, encouraging them to ask their teachers questions and simply staying involved. To make it easy for parents to be involved in their child's education Keystone provides them with the tools they need to stay up to date on their student's progress and achievements:
Parent Observer Account
Parents who have a student enrolled in one or more online courses will receive a parent observer account that provides access to real time student progress from any computer with an internet connection.
Your account will be created only if we have a parent email address on file. If you do not receive your observer account information within ten days of enrollment in an online course, please call Student Services at 1-800-255-4937.
Progress Reports
Parents can also follow their student's progress and achievements in online courses through regular progress reports that are sent by email.
