Is your student taking supplemental courses?
If your student is taking course(s) at Keystone to supplement another program, please follow these steps to enroll:

Step 1:	Download, print and complete the appropriate enrollment form: Keystone High School enrollment form Keystone Middle School enrollment form
Step 2:	Discuss your plans with your school counselor and have a school official sign the enrollment form
