Curriculum: Transcript Evaluation and Credit Transfer
Many students transfer from other high schools or homeschool programs into Keystone High School. For those students Keystone offers a free transcript evaluation or homeschool portfolio evaluation.
Download our homeschool portfolio evaluation request form if your student has completed high school credit in a homeschool program that you would like to transfer to Keystone.

Homeschool Portfolio Credit Policy
Keystone has served students from over 80 countries throughout the world and in many cases credits earned at schools overseas will transfer to Keystone.
However, due to the complexity and differences among foreign educational systems, Keystone is using an external service agency for our foreign transcript evaluation needs. If you would like to send us a foreign transcript for evaluation please follow these guidelines:
- Mail, (do not fax) true, certified copies of all of your documents along with a $125 fee* (in the form of check, money order, or credit card) to convert your transcripts into US education system credits.
- Include a contact name, address and phone number for your State, Provincial, or National Department of Education so that we can contact them as needed to verify your records and/or obtain information regarding their specific system of granting educational credit.
- The evaluation process will begin when the transcripts and the fee of $125 are received by Keystone.
- Evaluation of foreign/international transcripts can take up to 30 days depending on the complexity and research required
The evaluation of foreign transcripts can take approximately 7 to 10 business days to complete. Please keep this in mind if you are enrolling in Keystone and will be sending us a foreign transcript for evaluation.
*The $125 fee covers the foreign/international transcript evaluation. Keystone outsources Foreign/international transcript evaluations to ensure quality.
