Meeting Recap - November New Student Orientation

On Tuesday, November 9th we held our monthly Orientation meeting for new students.  In attendance were approximately 25 people that included newly enrolled parents and students from our online high school and middle school program.

The purpose of the monthly orientation meeting is to give our new students and their parents an overview of how Keystone works, and also to answer any questions that they have about Keystone.

One of the most important components to our discussion was about setting a schedule. I posed the question “How do we know where we are going if we haven’t decided where we want to be?”  Asking that question gets students to think about their end goal so that they can set mini goals along the way.

If you were unable to attend or just want to see what the Orientation meetings are about, here is the recording: http://tinyurl.com/Nov-Orientation-Meeting.
